Prevost celebrates 100 years in business

A series of special events across multiple locations has been planned to help Prevost celebrate 100 years in business.

We had the pleasure of working with Katy Reece of Katy Reece Events to help transform Prevost’ service space into a celebratory presentation venue.

The phrase  “Anything worth doing is worth doing well” is iterated in the opening frame of Prevosts video presentation, on which the success of their entire event hinges, but how could we help them celebrate effectively?

By applying this very principal of quality and finding it within the finer details of their event: Like keeping the musicians volume at a comfortable venue, testing the video prior to the event to reveal any frame rate problems, and by catering our house music to their clientels demographic during presentation downtime.

Challenges

  • The event was held at a Prevost service centre which offered visual and acoustic challenges.
  • The client wanted the visual presentation to convey a sense of class synonymous with the brand.

Solutions:

  • We paid careful attention to the acoustic quality of the space by thoroughly ringing out problematic resonating frequencies.
  • Pipe and drape, uplighting and stage wash helped to focus guests attention to the stage area.
  • We provided 85″ 4k UHD screens to elevate the quality of the provided video content for guests.

Conclusion

The transitions between a live musician, video presentation, and speeches went smoothly as explected.  Guests were cheerful and kindhearted and Katy offered her kudos to us following the event.

We would like to thank Katy for her professionalism in providing detailed and effective communication prior to the event.
We would also like to congratulate Prevost on their hundred years in business.
We hope one day we can celebrate the same.
