Negev Dinner

It has been an amazing three days helping to put on an event for the Jewish National Fund in support of their efforts to fundraise for the Israel Tennis Centre (ITC) in Beer Sheva, Israel which will “help address the needs of children, teens and young adults in the rapidly expanding and economically-challenged Negev area through their impressive social services”.

Our clients event included distinguished guests Tommy Banks, Al Osten and Simon Rakoff.

Our involvement

We coordinated staging for Mr. Banks’ baby grand piano, and arranged white pipe and drape for the stage backdrop and screen surrounds.

Lighting production

Six vertical truss pillars, four intelligent moving head intelligent fixtures, 16 LED uplights for the room plus an additional ten up-lights to wash behind the stage.  We also hung six Sour Four Ellipsoidal lights to wash the stage, pin spotted the head table and included a custom gobo projection for the evening.

Audio production

Four QSC 2-way boxes hung from the truss towers, two eighteen inch subwoofers, a front fill speaker off the lip of the stage and four fill speakers across the back of the room delayed off of a matrix.

Video production

Two 5000 Lumen projectors, two 13 foot projector screens and two HD 1080p video cameras which we used along side a video Switcher enabling us to record the event and toggle from live camera feeds to provided video content.

Here is a shot of our cable management solution where by we ran all of our power and signal over a 10′ steel pipe to mitigate a potential tripping hazard.
